MOSCOW, Jan 10 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom will offer U.S. $1.4 billion of perpetual replacement bonds on Wednesday, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
The bonds will be paid using cash or the Eurobonds, whose rights are registered by the Russian depositories.
The issue carries an option of early redemption at the discretion of the issuer.
